Mark and Randy Munro were excellent to work with. I needed turbine vents replaced and there was minor roof damage but not enough to justify a new roof. Turbine vents were covered over and quickly replaced later with repairs to the roof as needed after roof inspection by insurance adjusters. When I need a new roof Extra Mile will do my work. I really needed my roof repaired before the big storms coming up this spring. Mr. Drake responded promptly by text even coming out and doing the work on Saturday which was only one day after I made the request on the job. He provided pictures and a detailed description of the work done and he did the job thoroughly and professionally. His prices are reasonable, and he used the proper tools to do the job (wearing special shoes so he wouldn’t further damage the roof). I would definitely recommend Extra Mile Roofing for any roof job needed to be done. His prompt action gave me peace of mind and he showed up just before the springs rains started. I definitely plan to use them again if I need to repair or replace my roof.

I texted at 8pm and asked for a roof estimate ASAP after a leak in my ceiling, because I thought it was due to roof damage. I got prompt and professional responses. Mark came early the next morning. He checked my roof and gave me his honest opinion on my problem, which turned out not to be a roofing issue at all. Now I know who I will call if I do have an actually roofing issue. He could have ‘fixed’ things that didn’t need to be fixed to make money, but instead he pointed me in the direction that will really fix my problem (but doesn’t benefit him financially in any way.) That kind of honesty is rare in companies these days (although it shouldn’t be!)
